QUICK UPDATE ON 1977 CAMP POND SEDIMENT AND AIR SAMPLING DATA:

Rick Ehrhart at the Region 6 EPA has a copy of the publication that these samples were used for, but he says that he still has not found the actual sampling data.  It took a couple of years for this to happen.  I appreciate the work he has done, but realize that he is working for folks with things to hide, which limits his ability to work on this situation.  

Then, there is Paul Witthoeft (EPA FOIA lawyer) who has explained that his job is to make sure that the EPA doesn't do anything it doesn't have to do.  He also says that he believes that tax payers prefer that the EPA does not help with my efforts.  He has said a lot more and hindered my efforts to a point of me hoping that there are laws that hold him accountable for his actions.  August 23, 2005
