LAWRENCE EDWARD ANDREWS

Lawrence E. Andrews has been caught after 17 years of defrauding the US EPA Region 6 and all those served by it. 

The link below will take you to a disciplinary order by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, which describes areas where Lawrence Andrew's duties included interpreting and implementing Federal Law for the US EPA, and says that he has engaged in conduct  involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation.  He lied to the US EPA Region 6, and to all that have expected its services for 17 years. He lied to the Disciplinary Board.  He lied to the Inspector General as he swore under penalty of perjury that his written statement was "the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth." 

While reading the entire document, I better understand how Great Lakes Chemical Corporation (Chemtura) was able to get away with breaking the law while injuring and killing so many.

It will be interesting to see where he finds work in the future.  It could be indicative of which polluting company has received the most favors from him.  On the other hand, he has likely collected so much bribe money during the past 17 years that future work won't be a concern.
