KLAIN GARRIGA
Klain Garriga is either a coward or corrupt. Either way, he is being paid to do a job that he isn't doing, and he seems quite proud of that fact. I will avoid being inflammatory as I describe what I know about Klain Garriga. I believe that his cowardly or corrupt ways are part of the reason that Great Lakes Chemical Corporation (GLCC) has been allowed to ignore the law, while maiming and killing with no consequences.

Klain, A few months from now, I will be visiting the Region 6 EPA in Dallas, spending some time at the Pathfinders Camp, and hand delivering some information -- regarding the crimes of Great Lakes Chemical Corporation (GLCC), regarding how these crimes have caused injury and undue hardship to thousands of uniformed and innocent victims, and regarding how some folks associated with GLCC murdered my father -- to a person working for the EPA Criminal Investigation Division who isn't a coward or corrupt or both. Given all that you said to me on the telephone, I am left believing that you are either a coward or corrupt; either way, making you a criminal who most certainly shouldn't be holding your position with the United States Environmental Protection Agency. I don't understand how everything works with our government, but it is my understanding that, if government services are being blocked by a corrupt government employee, bringing this to the attention of others in our government may help eliminate the obstacles that are keeping these services from being rendered. On the other hand, it is conceivable that you actually didn't understand the significance of my request to hand deliver information to you, so that I could visit with you long enough for me to be sure you understood this information. If this is the case, I would like to reiterate the importance of this meeting between you and me, as I attempt to overlook the unprofessional, unethical, and cowardly behavior you have already subjected me to. Again, in late May or early June 2005, I plan to hand deliver the above mentioned information to either you or someone who has authority over you in the EPA Criminal Investigation Division. This will be done either in Dallas at the Region 6 EPA, in your Baton Rouge office, in your New Orleans office, or at the Pathfinders Camp.
Please respond by letting me know where and when (in late May or early June
2005) this meeting may take place. In the event that you refuse to
respond, and continue to block government services from me, I will consider my
interpretation of your behavior as being accurate (cowardly, corrupt, or both)
with an understanding that you are in agreement with this interpretation, as I
look elsewhere in the EPA for the services you are blocking. |
I attempted to discuss the crimes of GLCC with Klain Garriga, but he wanted nothing to do with hearing anything that he knew would cause him to take any action. A few hours of recorded conversations will eventually be typed, delivered to the proper authorities, and made public, so that this situation and others like it will no longer be tolerated. But this will come after several other issues have been brought to light. The following is a bit of interesting information that I came across regarding Klain Garriga and the company he keeps.
