ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS
(PROBLEMAS Y SOLUCIONES)

I believe that I have some ideas that will
help people that live in southern New
Mexico, and help our federal government
operate more efficiently and effectively.
Under each of the following topics, I have
described what I believe I can do as your
Representative in Congress. If you live in
District 2 of New Mexico, and see
something you would like for me to add, or
if you have ideas that may help better
address the issues I am already working
on, I would like to hear from you. If it is in
compliance with the United States
Constitution, and if it is not based on hate,
bigotry, racism, greed, ruining peoples'
health and the natural environment, or
destroying programs that help people,
please let me know what you think,
because I am continuously looking for ways
that I may provide the best possible
services as your Representative in
Congress.

JOBS AND THE ECONOMY

I would like to initiate and work with other
Congressmen who initiate legislation and
persistently pursue the process of
accomplishing the following:

1.   Improve environmental and labor laws
and their enforcement to make them as
effective as they can be here in the United
States, and amend Free Trade laws in a
way that causes the United States to only
trade with countries that have same or
better environmental and labor laws. This
would put an end to the common practice
of American companies sending
manufacturing jobs to countries that have
weak environmental and labor laws, and
would create an abundance of
manufacturing jobs here in the United
States.

2. Completely change the United States
Department of Energy's focus to work only
on creating the infrastructure that would
be necessary for anyone, who has the
desire, to run our internal combustion
engines on hydrogen, instead of gasoline or
diesel. We can produce all of the electricity
we need with the wind, the sun,
geothermal heat, and water; without
polluting. We can produce hydrogen with
electricity from these sources and from
water that is drained from our bathtub
drains. We can produce hydrogen in a way
that would keep the price less than a dollar
for the equivalent of a gallon of gasoline.
We can use our government's technology
and resources to convert the cars we are
already driving to run on hydrogen. This
would help our government save money,
save us money, and create more jobs than
the oil and gas industry could ever create.

3. Get our country on the path to catching
up with countries that have civilized
medicine. Having health care connected to
employment is detrimental to our economy.
Right now, we do not have enough doctors.
We need to train about 850,000 more
doctors to have enough doctors for an
effective civilized health care system. I
would like to cause our government to start
working toward this goal, so that we, our
children, and our grandchildren will
eventually live in a country with an effective
civilized health care system.

4. Reduce student teacher ratios in public
school classrooms from early childhood to
grade 12, and make higher levels of
education more accessible and affordable.
Public education is our greatest tool for
accomplishing everything that our
Constitution says are the purposes of our
government. The optimum student teacher
ratio is 15 students to 1 teacher in
academic classrooms for grades K-12.
Making sure that this student teacher ratio
is not exceeded in public schools would be
the best way to reform education for the
better. I believe Congress can make this
happen, and that it would cause a
tremendous improvement in student
achievement. I believe that this would
reduce bullying in public schools. I believe
that it would reduce crime rates, problems
with overcrowded prisons, unemployment,
and poverty.

IMMIGRATION AND BORDER
SECURITY ACT OF 2013

There are many problems that need to be
solved to make our immigration laws and
policies more effective and more humane.
As your Representative in Congress, I
would like to initiate legislation and work
with other members of Congress to cause
our President to sign the Immigration and
Border Security Reform Act of 2013 into
law, which would reform immigration laws
and policies, and help solve problems that
affect immigration and border security. This
law would cause many changes to happen
simultaneously, and would accomplish the
following:

1. Amnesty would be granted to all
undocumented immigrants on the day that
the President signed the Immigration and
Border Security Reform Act of 2013 into
law;

2. Each County would have everything
necessary to help immigrants obtain proper
documentation in an easy, fast and
affordable way;

3. Business would be severely penalized
for hiring any illegal immigrants in the
future. To avoid racial profiling, employers
would be required to have copies of
documentation which either proves
citizenship or proper immigration
documentation for every employee;

4. Because competition for employment is
a concern with immigration, the
Immigration and Border Security Reform
Act of 2013 would initiate the processes
necessary for Congress to improve our
environmental and labor laws to make
them as efficient and effective as they can
be, and to amend Free Trade laws so that
we would only trade with countries that
have environmental and labor laws that are
as effective as ours. As the processes
involved in accomplishing this would
progress, more and more jobs would be
available. Because the economy, the
environment, and labor conditions in
countries that are south of the Rio Grande
have an effect on immigration and border
security, these processes would involve the
United States Government working with
Mexico and other countries to improve
environmental and labor laws, so they
would be able to continue trading with us,
while the people on both sides of the
border would have healthier and more
prosperous lives.

ENDING THE WAR ON DRUGS

The war on drugs is causing too much
violence and poverty all over the United
States. It is also causing violence and
poverty on both sides of the border of
Mexico and the United States, which has a
big impact on border security. We can end
the war on drugs. A quick and easy way to
end the war on drugs would be to eliminate
the market which drug dealers have by
eliminating any laws that recognize the
drugs that they are selling as being illegal.
Some of the money our government would
save by doing this could be used to educate
people about the harmful effects of these
drugs, and some of the money could also
be used to offer rehabilitation to people
that want to stop using drugs. I believe
that enough people understand this logic
for me to be able to initiate and pursue
legislation that will successfully put and end
to the war on drugs.

HELPING VETERANS

I would like to initiate legislation and work
with other Congressmen who initiate
legislation to persistently pursue everything
that can be done to help veterans.

Helping veterans is very important to me,
and is very close to my heart, because my
father was a Green Beret in the United
States Army from the time he was 16 to 24
years old. He served our country in WWII
and Korea. He carried many physical and
emotional wounds and scars with him for
the rest of his life. When he was 38 years
old, and I was 6 years old, my mother
passed away. When my father was 42
years old, and I was 10 years old, he spent
4 months in the VA hospital in Albuquerque.
Then my father drove from Roswell to
Albuquerque, many times each year, to
spend time at the VA Hospital for the rest
of his life. I went with him on most of these
trips to VA Hospital in Albuquerque until he
passed away at age 69.

Regardless of how right or wrong the
politics have been which caused the wars
that troops of the United States have
fought for our Country, they deserve the
best that we can give them. I don't believe
we have done that yet. Congress needs to
be working very hard to help veterans with
educational and employment opportunities,
and with helping them with physical and
emotional wounds and scars of war for the
rest of their lives.

WORLD PEACE

President Obama has been working on
ending the wars that the Republican Party
gave to us. I am very happy that he has
brought our troops home from Iraq. I have
tried to figure out what American corporate
interests could be in Afghanistan other than
the oil pipeline, opium poppy crops, and
lucrative contracts for the war industry. I
have not found any others American
corporate interests in the war with
Afghanistan. I believe that these American
corporate interest are causing problems
that can be solved.

Protecting oil pipelines to assure that the
United States has access to foreign oil
would no longer be necessary - if we use
our government to convert our automobiles
to run on hydrogen, and use our
government to create the necessary
infrastructure for using hydrogen instead
of fossil fuels. Ending the war on drugs
would solve the problem of the opium
poppy fields. If you use hydrogen to solve
our foreign oil problem, and solve the
opium poppy crop problem by ending the
war on drugs, I believe that the problem
we are having with lucrative, war industry
contracts would be easier to solve.

Another problem that I believe I can help
solve is the problem we have with the
negative impact that American owned,
multinational, polluting industries have on
the lives of people that live near their
facilities around the world.

And last, but not least, I believe there can
be peace between Israel and Palestine. I
believe that Congress can help this happen.
I would like to help Congress stay focused
on helping this happen.

PROTECT GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS
THAT HELP PEOPLE

Social Security, Madicare, Medicaid, and
other government programs that help
people should be protected. As your
Representative in Congress, I will fight to
protect them.

MAKING OUR GOVERNMENT MORE
EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE

If you are a citizen of the United States,
you share ownership in our government.
Our government can be efficient. It can be
effective in accomplishing its intended
purposes, which have been described by
the people that wrote our Constitution
when they said: "We the people of the
United States, in order to form a more
perfect union, establish justice, insure
domestic tranquility, provide for the
common defense, promote the general
welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty
to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain
and establish this Constitution for the
United States of America. " Everything our
government does should be in an effort to
accomplish these intended purposes.
When the people, who are running our
government, forget these intended
purposes, it causes inefficiency and
ineffectiveness, which has a negative
impact on our lives. We have some big
problems with our government operating
inefficiently. We have some big problems
with our government operating
ineffectively. The more we tolerate these
problems, the worse they will become. A
few of these problems, which I believe I
can help our government solve, include the
following:

Our government has been spending a lot
more than it should be spending to lease
overpriced office space.   President Obama
started work on solving this problem in
2010. He put it in the hands of Congress.
Not much has been done to solve this
problem yet. This is a big problem which
believe I can help solve.

Our government has been wasting a lot of
money on promoting nuclear power and
nuclear bombs for way too long. This is a
big problem which I believe I can help solve.

Our government has been fighting wars
that never should have been fought.
President Obama has brought our troops
home from one of these wars. I believe
that I can help make sure that he brings
our troops home from the war we are still
fighting.

I believe there are more ways that our
government is carelessly spending money. I
also believe there are other problems that I
can help our government solve. As time
permits, based on input from constituents,
and based on what I continue to learn, I
will continue working on this throughout my
campaign.

I believe that I can make a positive
difference as your Representative in
Congress. If you believe this too, we can
make it happen. It is not an ordinary
campaign with a lot of compromising
principles for money, so there will probably
not be a lot of normal media coverage. I
probably will not have enough money to
drive to every county in District 2 to visit
people during this campaign. But this
campaign can be successful, if you tell your
friends about it, and get ready to vote.

Creo que tengo algunas ideas que
ayudarán a las personas que viven en el
sur de Nuevo México, y ayudar a nuestro
gobierno federal operar de manera más
eficiente y eficaz. En cada uno de los

creo que puedo hacer como su
representante en el Congreso. Si usted
vive en el Distrito 2 de Nuevo México, y ver

ECONOMÍA Y EL EMPLEO

Me gustaría iniciar y trabajar con otros
miembros del Congreso que la iniciativa
legislativa y la persistencia de continuar
con el proceso de llevar a cabo lo siguiente:

1. Mejorar las leyes ambientales y
laborales y su aplicación para que sean
todo lo eficaces que pueden estar aquí en
los Estados Unidos, y modificar las leyes de
libre comercio de una manera que hace
que los Estados Unidos sólo el comercio con
países que tienen leyes de igual o mejor el
medio ambiente y el trabajo . Esto pondría
fin a la práctica común de las empresas
estadounidenses el envío de trabajos de
manufactura a los países que tienen
débiles las leyes ambientales y laborales, y
crearía una gran cantidad de empleos de
manufactura en los Estados Unidos.

2. Cambiar por completo la de los Estados
Unidos Departamento de Energía de
enfoque para trabajar sólo en la creación
de la infraestructura que sería necesaria
para cualquier persona, que tenga el
deseo, para ejecutar nuestros motores de
combustión interna de hidrógeno, en lugar
de gasolina o diesel. Podemos producir

agua, sin contaminar. Podemos producir
hidrógeno con electricidad procedente de

nuestro gobierno a ahorrar dinero, a
ahorrar dinero y crear más empleos que la
industria de petróleo y gas en la historia
podría crear.

3. Que nuestro país en el camino de
alcanzar a los países que tienen la medicina
civilizada. Tener cuidado de la salud
relacionados con el empleo es perjudicial
para nuestra economía. En este momento,
no tenemos suficientes médicos.
Necesitamos capacitar a cerca de 850.000
más médicos para tener suficientes

de la salud civilizada. Me gustaría hacer
nuestro gobierno para empezar a trabajar
hacia esta meta, para que nosotros,
nuestros hijos y nuestros nietos con el
tiempo va a vivir en un país con un sistema

4. Reducir el número de alumnos por
profesor en las aulas de las escuelas
públicas desde la infancia hasta el grado
12, y obtener mayores niveles de
educación más accesibles y asequibles. La
educación pública es nuestra mejor
herramienta para llevar a cabo todo lo que
nuestra Constitución dice que son los
propósitos de nuestro gobierno. El número
de alumnos por docente óptima es de 15
estudiantes a un profesor en las aulas
académicas para los grados K-12.
Asegurarse de que esta relación
profesor-alumno no se exceda en las
escuelas públicas sería la mejor manera de
reformar la educación para el mejor. Creo
que el Congreso puede hacer que esto
suceda, y que causaría una enorme mejora
en el rendimiento estudiantil. Creo que
esto podría reducir el acoso en las escuelas
públicas. Yo creo que sería reducir las
tasas de delincuencia, problemas con
hacinamiento en las cárceles, el desempleo
y la pobreza.

INMIGRACIÓN Y SEGURIDAD
FRONTERIZA DE LA LEY 2013

Hay muchos problemas que necesitan ser
resueltos para que nuestras leyes de
inmigración y políticas más eficaces y más
humano. Como su Representante en el
Congreso, me gustaría proponer leyes y
trabajar con otros miembros del Congreso
para hacer que nuestra Presidenta que
firme el Servicio de Inmigración y
Seguridad Fronteriza Ley de Reforma de
2013 en la ley, que reforma las leyes de
inmigración y políticas, y ayudar a resolver
los problemas que afectan a la inmigración
y seguridad fronteriza. Esta ley podría
causar muchos cambios ocurren
simultáneamente, y llevaría a cabo lo
siguiente:

1. La amnistía sería otorgada a todos los
inmigrantes indocumentados en el día que
el Presidente firmó la Ley de Inmigración y

tendría una vida más sana y más próspera.

PONER FIN A LA GUERRA A LAS
DROGAS

dejar de consumir drogas. Creo que la
gente lo suficiente para entender esta
lógica que yo sea capaz de iniciar y llevar a
cabo con éxito una ley que pondrá fin a la
guerra contra las drogas.

VETERANOS DE AYUDAR

Me gustaría iniciar la legislación y trabajar
con otros miembros del Congreso que
inician la legislación para perseguir
constantemente todo lo que se puede
hacer para ayudar a los veteranos.

Ayudar a los veteranos es muy importante
para mí, y está muy cerca de mi corazón,
porque mi padre era un boina verde del
ejército de Estados Unidos desde que tenía
16 años y 24 años de edad. Él sirvió a
nuestro país en la Segunda Guerra Mundial
y Corea. Llevaba muchas heridas físicas y
emocionales y las cicatrices con él para el
resto de su vida. Cuando tenía 38 años de
edad, y yo tenía 6 años, mi madre falleció.

de veteranos en Albuquerque. Entonces mi

las tropas de los Estados Unidos han
luchado por nuestro país, se merecen lo
mejor que podemos darles. No creo que
hayamos hecho hasta ahora. El Congreso
tiene que estar trabajando muy duro para
ayudar a los veteranos oportunidades
educativas y laborales, y de ayudar con
heridas físicas y emocionales y las
cicatrices de la guerra para el resto de sus
vidas.

LA PAZ MUNDIAL

El Presidente Obama ha estado trabajando
para poner fin a las guerras que el Partido
Republicano dio a nosotros. Estoy muy
contento de que él ha traído a nuestras
tropas de Irak. He tratado de averiguar lo
que los intereses corporativos
estadounidenses podría estar en que no
sea el oleoducto, los cultivos de
adormidera, y contratos lucrativos para la
industria de la guerra de Afganistán. No he
encontrado ningún otro los intereses

causando problemas que pueden
resolverse.

petróleo extranjero ya no sería necesario -
si se utiliza nuestro gobierno para convertir
a nuestros automóviles para funcionar con
hidrógeno, y el uso de nuestro gobierno
para crear la infraestructura necesaria
para el uso de hidrógeno en lugar de
combustibles fósiles . Poner fin a la guerra
contra las drogas resolvería el problema de
los campos de adormidera. Si utiliza el
hidrógeno para resolver el problema del
petróleo extranjero, y resolver el problema

Otro problema que creo que puede ayudar

personas que viven cerca de sus
instalaciones en todo el mundo.

Y por último pero no menos importante,
creo que no puede haber paz entre Israel
y Palestina. Creo que el Congreso puede
ayudar a que esto suceda. Me gustaría
ayudar al Congreso a mantenerse
enfocado en ayudar a que esto suceda.

PROTEGER A LOS PROGRAMAS DE
GOBIERNO QUE AYUDAR A LA GENTE

perfecta, establecer Justicia, afirmar la
tranquilidad interior, proveer para la
defensa común, promover el bienestar

esta Constitución para los Estados Unidos
de América. Todo lo que hace nuestro
gobierno debe ser, en un esfuerzo para
lograr estos propósitos. Cuando el pueblo,
que se están ejecutando nuestro gobierno,
olvídese de esos propósitos, se produce
ineficiencia e ineficacia, que tiene un
impacto negativo en nuestras vidas.
Tenemos grandes problemas con nuestro
gobierno que operan ineficientemente.

Cuanto más podemos tolerar estos
problemas, el peor que se convertirá.
Algunos de estos problemas, que creo que
puedo ayudar a nuestro gobierno a

energía nuclear y bombas nucleares por
demasiado tiempo. Este es un gran
problema que creo que puedo ayudar a
resolver.

Nuestro gobierno ha estado luchando en
guerras que nunca se han peleado. El
presidente Obama ha traído a nuestros
soldados a casa de una de estas guerras.
Creo que puedo ayudar a asegurarse de
que él trae a nuestras tropas a casa de la
guerra que siguen luchando.

Nuestro gobierno ha sido ineficaz e
ineficiente en la forma en que se ha
ocupado de la seguridad fronteriza y la
inmigración. Creo que mis ideas pueden
ayudar a resolver estos problemas.

Yo creo que hay más formas de que
nuestro gobierno está gastando dinero sin
cuidado. También creo que hay otros

nuestro gobierno. El tiempo lo permite, con
base en la información de los electores, y
en base a lo que sigo aprendiendo, voy a
seguir trabajando en esto durante toda mi
campaña.

Creo que se puede hacer una diferencia
positiva como su Representante en el
Congreso. Si usted cree que esto también,
podemos hacer que suceda. No es una
campaña común con un montón de
comprometer los principios por dinero, por
lo que probablemente no será un montón
de cobertura de los medios normales.
Probablemente no tendrá dinero suficiente
para conducir a todos los condados en el
Distrito 2 para visitar a las personas
durante esta campaña. Sin embargo, esta
campaña puede tener éxito, si usted le dice
a sus amigos sobre él, y se preparan para
votar.
